A tracked account is a unique customer in your AR portfolio with at least one open or overdue invoice during a billing period. Customers who have paid all their invoices and have no new activity do not count against your limit. If you remove a customer from active tracking mid-month, they count for that month.

We will notify you when you are approaching your plan's limit. You can upgrade at any time and only pay the prorated difference. If you exceed the limit without upgrading, new accounts are queued but outreach pauses for the overflow until you upgrade or remove inactive customers from tracking.

Annual billing is available for all plans and includes 2 months free compared to monthly billing. You pay for 12 months upfront and the equivalent of 2 months is credited at the start of the period. Annual billing can be set up at account creation or switched from monthly at any renewal.

Yes. AccordX supports both Japanese and English message drafting. You can configure language preference per customer or per customer segment. Our AI drafts follow Japanese business correspondence conventions, including appropriate keigo levels for different customer relationships. The platform UI is also available in Japanese.

AccordX is designed for compliance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI). Customer data is stored on servers located in Japan. We support data retention controls, audit logs for outreach activity, and data deletion requests. Our privacy policy outlines all data handling practices in detail. Scale customers can request a data processing agreement for their compliance documentation.
